At GOALS, we partner with parents who are taking charge of their children’s education. Our hybrid homeschool model blends home-based learning with a supportive, school-like setting. Parents remain the primary educators—we’re here to lighten the load.
✨ As an Education Facilitator, you’ll:
✅ Guide small groups and work one-on-one with K–12 students
âś… Help students stay focused and engaged in a structured, faith-filled environment
âś… Communicate with parents and provide feedback on progress
âś… Encourage students spiritually and academically
âś… Be part of a supportive, Christ-centered team

What We’re Looking For:
âś” Experience working with kids or youth (education, tutoring, or ministry)
âś” Patience, flexibility, and a heart for faith-based learning
âś” Strong communication and organizational skills
âś” High school diploma or GED (college or teaching experience a bonus)
âś” Must pass a background check
